Documentation
The AI Maturity Assessment Platform is a self-service tool to measure and accelerate AI adoption across three pillars.
Getting started
- Run the initial platform setup to create your organization and admin account.
- Invite respondents from the dashboard.
- Respondents answer questions across the 3 pillars (Developer Productivity, DevOps Lifecycle, Application Platform).
- Once all required responses are collected, trigger scoring to produce maturity scores and a strategic roadmap.
Maturity levels (L0–L4)
- L0 — Traditional: No AI tooling in place.
- L1 — Foundational: Early experimentation.
- L2 — AI-Enhanced: AI embedded in core workflows.
- L3 — AI-Native: Autonomous agents routinely deliver.
- L4 — AI-First: AI is the default work model.
Scoring methodology
Scores use a weighted SUMPRODUCT: each capability's score is the weighted average of its questions; each pillar is the weighted average of its capabilities; the overall score is the weighted average of pillars. Questions marked “Practice Evidence” require evidence uploads to count.
